What do you enjoy most about Adero?

The team environment and client first mentality.

What do you enjoy most about wealth management?

Educating and strategizing with my clients around difficult financial decisions.

What do you feel is the biggest value Adero brings to its clients?

Clarity and Education. From the beginning our Discovery Process brings clients clarity of where they are currently, and what steps they need to take to achieve financial independence. As part of our process, we also educate clients about their investments and teach them strategies for protecting and maximizing their financial lives.

Which quality makes you best suited to provide wealth management services?

Conscientiousness. Being reliable, diligent and organized are essentials for providing the best service for our clients.

What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?

I was the first in my family to graduate from college.

What do you love to do outside of work?

Being with my friends & family and being active. I enjoy golf, snowboarding, basketball, and hiking.

What’s the most influential book you’ve read and why?

Atomic Habits by James Clear. It made me realize that the systems you have in your life are more important than your goals. You do not rise to the level of your goals, but fall to the level of your systems.
